A primary care practitioner, systems entrepreneur, and trauma specialist, I am especially able to guide communities through the “collapse” loop of the ecological adaptive cycle with compassion and an emergent lens. As part of Meg Wheatley’s Warriors for the Human Spirit training, and studying social innovation with Frances Westley, I approach the regenerative phase of this adaptive cycle with wisdom and empathy.
I’ve trained as a facilitator through the Art of Hosting and Integral Facilitation.
I’m an internationally sought speaker and consultant, and have run a global non-profit for almost a decade: www.globalfamilymed.org
While I’m a Western-trained physician, I have also become an Ayurvedic consultant and Qigong group leader, I work in decolonizing methodologies, and believe that ancient ways of knowing are part of what can be healing in these times when cure is potentially not possible.
