Let’s begin our work by assuming there is something wiser than both of our conscious minds working deep within you. Let’s assume your struggles are valid expressions of a soul and a world in distress – alienated and disconnected.
To hear the voice of your own deepest being – that is a skill! A skill we all need urgently as the world begins to change.
What is your own deepest wisdom telling you? In which direction is it asking you to move?
There are tools you can learn to begin to hear these things. I can help you with that.
It is a process of unlearning, unweaving and loosening the threads that bind us all in a way of life that has hurt us. It clears away the debris of old pain – so that we can begin to reroute, re-calibrate and return to who we really are and who we may become.
I was trained in the forests of South Africa, by teachers deeply rooted in ancient initiatory practices and academic rigour. There I learnt the language of the psyche, the way it speaks in dreams and in the very ordinary events of our lives. As a lifelong student of Archetypal Psychology, my dearest love is traveling with others into the field of connection that ties us all to each other and to the soul of the world. This is how I wish to continue to be useful during this important transit.
Our work together will help you connect inward, see yourself differently, discover what you must complete, attend to, create, or simply release at this time. The process is ongoing, but we can do our work for as long or as short as you need, in order to facilitate your journey. These sessions are one-on-one online, or in person in Cape Town, South Africa.
I also host regular online breathwork sessions combined with group connection and some simple personal work. These classes create a space for sharing and community, while taking a collective “deep dive” with a profound breathwork technique, designed to offer physical relief and opportunities for expanded awareness.
I have been a practicing Imaginal Therapist for more than a decade, and facilitated groups for almost two. I understand the paradoxes of life in the modern workplace, having paid my dues in offices and boardrooms. And I have navigated through more than a few difficult personal passages. But I have never walked in your shoes and I won’t pretend to. Instead we can walk together and discover the best path forward.
