Justine Corrie is a Core Process Psychotherapist, Mindfulness teacher and experienced group facilitator. Justine’s work with individuals and groups integrates psychological, emotional, physical and spiritual wholeness – her practice is informed by the meeting of Eastern (Buddhist) Philosophy of self with Western psychotherapeutic models.
Justine’s work is underpinned by extensive personal and professional experience of working with trauma – her training includes a depth of understanding of Somatic trauma therapy and she is currently training in EMDR. She understands and works directly with an appreciation of personal, ancestral and collective trauma – and the implications and importance of working therapeutically with trauma within the Deep Adaptation agenda.
Together with Nick Osborne, she is also co-founder of Conscious Collaboration – Self-Organisation beyond Hierarchy- Justine offers the inner-work aspects of Conscious Collaboration and is an enthusiastic champion for the necessity of attending to personal & group development within social action organisations.
As well as running a busy private practice, Justine’s work recognises the importance of engaged action -from working on the frontline of European refugee camps and initiating the XR-UK therapeutic network to solo vision quests and tending her home, garden and family, Justine is continually practicing the dance between embodied regenerative action and self-care.
