I am a licensed psychotherapist and have been in practice since 2003. I have a certification in ecotherapy and have training and supervision in Wild Therapy and Embodied Relational Therapy (UK based) and Adventure therapy. I offer nature-based and horticultural therapy through my private practice to children, adolescents, and adults. I am a member of the Climate Psychology Alliance and co-facilitator of the experiential process group The Climate ExChange. I have a passion for helping the LGBTQ+ community connect to nature and learn to adapt and build resilience in our changing climate. I use the DA model as a framework and continually revisit the 4 R’s.
