My name is Silvia Di Blasio. While I trained as a special needs’ teacher, I have worked with youth and adults all my life. I have specialized in career and life coaching and more specifically areas of personal, household and community resilience, as well as regenerative livelihood design.

My training and experience include ecopsychology, wilderness connection, cultural emergence, permaculture (including and specializing in inner and social permaculture), sustainable systems/communities design and adult instruction. I also hold training in Disaster Management, Psychological First Aid and Power and Oppression work.

I am a facilitator member of the Work That Reconnects Network, where I also work as a coordinator, a member of GEN (Global Ecovillage Network) and certified facilitator at Gaia Education, where I support a team to prepare and deliver courses in social, ecological, economic and worldview dimensions, both online and in person at EDEs (Ecovillage Design Education programmes).

My experience includes working with target groups (more specifically immigrants and refugees); facilitating the Work That Reconnects, Grief and Resilience Circles, Food Sovereignty workshops, mentoring in permaculture for the Permaculture Women Guild and Facilitating Regenerative Livelihoods and Gaian Economics at EDEs.

I offer 1-1 and group support as well as guidance to design resilience (inner and outer).

I have facilitated and integrated the concepts and questions from Deep Adaptation with the Work That Reconnects, Grief and Resilience Circles and my believe is that the only way is through and together, supporting each other by changing the stories with compassion and curiosity.
