Who is life asking you to be in these revolutionary times?

I would be honoured to offer you my presence, my tools and my knowledge to navigate the journey of answering this question – in your own unique way, in your own time.

I’ve been working as a coach and group facilitator for close to 10 years now, and my core exploration has always been this: What does it mean to live a good life in an age of fundamental change?

After coming across the Deep Adaptation network in 2019 I have gone through several cycles of denial, rage, despair and grief – every time eventually ending up in a more grounded, liberated and unconditionally loving place of being. And from this place I gladly offer you my support, if you find yourself on this path as well.

I want to invite you to view the current global metacrisis as a process of both individual and collective initiation.

Be aware: This is not a linear, predictable procedure but a cyclic, chaordic and at times truly messy endeavour. There are no guarantees. No paved paths. And yet, you do possess agency in shaping the trajectory of your transformation. And in my experience the major leverage point in this respect lies in your readiness to ask for the support you need.

Thus, if you feel my guidance could serve you – please feel free to contact me.

~

My practice is primarily inspired by the work of Ken Wilber (Integral Theory), Margaret Wheatley (forming “Islands of Sanity”), Claus Otto Scharmer (Theory U), Joana Macy (Deep Ecology) and Jamie Wheal (Flow Genome Project).

Some of my favourite tools for facilitating transformation are: Mindfulness and Embodiment Practices (e.g. Authentic Movement), Transparent Communication, the Loop of Understanding, contemporary rituals and Purpose Work.
