Making Art Heals: Creativity for wellbeing

The power of art to transform anything is within you.
Reclaim your right to create!

I am a visual artist and psychologist eager to share my experience as an Art Therapist helping children, adults and the Mother Earth heal with art in 16 cities across 8 countries on 4 continents throughout 25 years. This nomadic life-style has shown me that everyone is an artist, even if they don’t know it yet. My work helps people re-connect with their creative energy in order to re-discover, express and rebuild the self, the community and our Mother Earth.

Benefits of Art Therapy in Deep Adaptation:

let go of anxiety and stress in a safe space
engage in fun yet simple hands-on activities
release your creativity and make art without judgement
gain insight into your relationship with Mother Earth
explore and change possible scenarios
transcend time and space while remaining rooted in the present

How does Art Therapy work?

Making art is scientifically proven to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, increase serotonin in the brain, relax the nervous system, create a general sense of well-being and much more.

Furthermore, engaging in the creative act clears the head and opens the mind, stimulates reflection, reveals patterns of thought, flexes the imagination, helps navigate problems and find alternatives, and, again, much more.

In Art Therapy, the way you make art is more important than what you make. As you will see, it is the process that is both revealing and healing at once.

Find out what your art has to say to you in these engaging workshops or book an individual session for a more in-depth and personalized experience.

Art transcends collapse because as long as there is imagination there will always be art.
And as long as there is art, another world will always be possible.
