In these uncertain times, now, more than ever, it is important to find a sense of calm and connection from inside. Kundalini Yoga is an ancient practice once taught in caves from Master to disciple. It combines mantra, meditation, breath work and posture to balance mind, body and soul. It creates a heightened sense of awareness, boosts the immune system and, practiced over time, helps you to keep your balance no matter what is going on around you.

From time to time I offer free, or by donation, introductory sessions to Kundalini Yoga where you will experience a full set as well as an overview of the practice. These are suitable for complete beginners as well as those that wish to deepen their understanding of the practice.
