English version

What do we find on the other side, when we have gone through the despair and helplessness in the face of our existential tragedy? What happens when we face pain for what is already lost and what we will lose?

I offer workshops and online courses that open a space where we support each other in “feeling what we feel”. We strive to understand the processes that are at work within us and collectively in the face of the ongoing collapse of systems, and from this we develop possible courses of action for ourselves and for the world.

I am inspired by Joanna Macy, Charles Eisenstein, Meg Wheatley, Michael Meade, Otto Scharmer, David Abram and many others, whose work I translate into impulses for group processes. Holistic experience is in the foreground. I offer suggestions to activate “head, heart and hand”: Information for the head, which helps to see oneself, the others and what is happening clearly. Impulses for the heart to reconnect with ourselves and experience ourselves embedded in the web of life. From both, impulses arise to take action and find loving answers to our collective situation.
