Sarah-Jane’s premise is that while we will not escape the consequences of what has already taken place on our planet, it isn’t too late to escape the mindset that brought us here. This approach opens the possibility for deep healing and a full hearted experience of living within the way things are even though we can’t cure or fix the prevailing conditions.

As a coach, facilitator, author and consultant Sarah-Jane is a perceptive guide inviting people off well-worn paths and into potential resident in unexplored territory and perspectives. She works in person and on-line providing one-to-one coaching sessions, and short workshops.

Sarah-Jane works alongside people to resource them in support of an open hearted experience of endings. The intensifying call in these times includes an opportunity to live our lives fully invested in every moment, whilst knowing that equanimity about outcome is the foundation of a creative response.

Sarah-Jane designs and delivers programmes, retreats, workshops and individual coaching that often include archetypes and myths as doorways to the epic and ancient context of the story unfolding in current times.

Her book, Ariadne’s Thread and The Myth of Happily Ever After was published July 2018.
