Working with
Facing collapse asks for being firmly routed in connection. I use somatic and awareness work as well as knowledge on interpersonal relating in offering guidance in the proces of deep adaptation.
One of the deepest questions in life for me is how to dare to live life to the fullest while facing the contractions that inhibit us to do so. It is this question that started of my personal search to inner freedom and kicked of my professional career as a therapist. What I found was that by showing up and allowing myself to feel through and be seen in my darkests moments, the illusion of separation dissolves. It brought a deep realisation of belonging to earth.
“It’s at the knife edge of uncertainty where we come alive to our trueest power” (Joanna Macy).
I am honored to work with anyone who is willing to look at oneself in the challenging proces of adapting to climate change and possible social collapse.
